Automatic Registry Renewal

A Registered Professional Educational Diagnostician (RPED) has provided professional history along with examples of testing results and reports, passed the Board of Registry exam and maintains membership with Texas Professional Educational Diagnostician (TPED).  Membership is renewed annually and due on June 1st of each year. The types of certification are Professional and Associate.

PROFESSIONAL = an RPED who is serving as an educational diagnostician which includes testing and/or reporting on testing performed.

ASSOCIATE = an RPED who is in a position other than educational diagnostician or has retired.

When using Automatic Registry Renewal, your credit card information is retained and you will be billed annually on June 1st of each year until you cancel the service.  This service can be used with professional or associate status.

Registration must be continuous. A lapse of time in paying the registration fee means that the individual is NOT a Registered Professional Educational Diagnostician during the lapse. It is prohibited to use the Registry number in any way unless Registration is current. Bylaws Section 9, Prohibited Acts, states:
“A person may not hold himself or herself out as a Registered Professional Educational Diagnostician unless the person has a current Certificate issued under these Bylaws.”
